You can include up to four pets in one custom artwork.
Q: What kind of photo works best for the artwork?
A clear, high-quality photo of your pet’s face is ideal. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us your photo, and we’ll let you know if it’s suitable.
Q: Do you work with all types of pets?
We’ve yet to meet a pet we can’t turn into art! While we commonly work with cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, birds, and reptiles, we’re happy to create artwork for any animal—just reach out if you have something unique in mind.
Q: How long does the process take?
You’ll receive a digital proof (with unlimited revisions) within 24 hours. Once approved:

Q: What materials are used for the artwork and frame?
Your art is printed on 310GSM museum-grade paper and framed in a premium-quality frame (2cm width, 3cm depth). Frames include:

Q: Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We’ll send a proof for your approval first. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund—no questions asked.
Q: Are revisions included after the initial proof?
Yes! You’ll get unlimited revisions until you’re happy with the design.

Q: Will my pet’s artwork be shared online?
We occasionally feature customer artwork on our website and social media, but if you’d prefer to keep yours private, just let us know!
Q: Is the framed artwork packaged securely?
Absolutely! Each piece is professionally packed to prevent damage. In the rare case of any issues, we’ll replace it free of charge.
